MATTHEW KRIPPNER
SEED SALES ASSOCIATEMatt joined the Anez Consulting Team in November of 2020 as a Pioneer Sales Associate. He grew up on a crop farm over by Kimball, MN. He graduated from Ridgewater College in the spring of 2020 with a AS degree in Ag-Business. He interned with the Cold Spring Co-op throughout college. He will be scouting, delivering, and providing support on Pioneer Products to customers.

KIM NIETFELD
AGRONOMISTKim has been with Anez Consulting since 2016. She graduated from North Dakota State University, where she majored in Animal Science and minored in Crop and Weed Science. Kim works with farmers on their crop plans. She is also familiar with farm management softwares and makes variable rate prescriptions for seed, fertilizer, and lime.

Rae Ann Michel
Agronomy TechnicianRae Ann graduated May 2021 from U of M Crookston with a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy emphasizing in crop production and a minor in ag business. In college she was on the NCEA Women’s Equestrian Team, part of the Agronomy Club, and Ag-Arama Club.After college Rae Ann has worked on her neighbor's farm, did a crop scouting/agronomy internship, and worked in soybean breeding and genetics. She started with Anez Consulting in April 2022.
